I usually keep my nail art pretty simple, but I wanted to try something more detailed this time. I did a blue-and-white floral set with tiny leaves and curved vines, and Iโm really happy with how it turned out. Being able to switch between the fine tip and brush tip made it much easier to build the little details without pulling out a bunch of separate brushes.
I already had a nude manicure on and didnโt feel like starting over, so I added burgundy waves, a few cream-colored curves, and some tiny metallic-looking accents on top. It completely changed the set and made it look like I had done a whole new manicure. I love that I can use these just to update what Iโm already wearing.
I wanted something a little bolder this time, so I tried a mix of black-and-white checkerboard, tiny cherries, and red French tips. I usually stick to really simple nails, so I was surprised I could get this much detail at home. Every nail turned out a little different, which honestly made the whole set look even better.
My daughter and I spent part of Saturday doing our nails together and somehow ended up with two completely different sets. She went for pastel waves, tiny clouds, stars, and little rainbow details, while I did lavender florals with leafy accents and a few metallic-looking touches. We kept passing the pens back and forth and trying new ideas. It turned into such a fun little weekend project.

It took us a while, but that was kind of the fun of it. Every nail ended up a little different and she loved the finished set.

Up close thereโs actually a lot going on, but from a distance it still looks clean and polished. This is probably my favorite set Iโve done for the office.
I was going out Saturday night and my plain nude manicure suddenly felt way too boring, so I started adding to it instead of redoing everything. I ended up with leopard print on one nail, little red-orange flames on another, plus some curved black-and-white accents and metallic details. Every nail was different, but somehow the whole set came together really well.
I saved a Mediterranean-inspired nail design a while ago and finally tried my own version this weekend. I mixed blue-and-white tile patterns with tiny lemons, leafy details, and a few little gold accents. It definitely took some patience, but I love how every nail has its own design while the whole set still looks like it belongs together.
